One alleges that her former partner repeatedly appeared at locations she had not disclosed and continued locating her after she moved, while the other alleges that she discovered an AirTag hidden beneath the back seat of her vehicle after leaving an abusive relationship and relocating.
August 2026 – The plaintiff alleges that she discovered an AirTag hidden beneath the driver’s seat of her vehicle in October 2025 and that the device was connected to an Apple device associated with her alleged stalker. August 2026 – The plaintiff alleges that a former partner secretly tracked her with an AirTag concealed inside her vehicle. According to the lawsuit, she was using an Android phone and claims she did not receive a warning despite having Apple’s Tracker Detect application installed and conducting manual scans; she further alleges that the stalking escalated to physical assaults and incidents in which her former partner ran her vehicle off the road.
